CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Intro to Yoga
Perfect for students new to yoga and those wanting to develop a solid foundation learning the principles in standing poses, twists, forward & back bends. Breathing techniques will be introduced. No prior experience necessary.

Foundations
For beginners or anyone who wants to work on the basics. In this class learn more about the easy-to-apply, yet profound, principles of movement & breath, the building blocks of stress relief, and how to address the many factors in the development of strength & flexibility.

Open
NOT for new Beginners. Designed to inspire students by offering a full range of movement and postures. Options will be given to accommodate most levels.

Aligned Flow
NOT for new Beginners. A flowing, more active practice.

Intermediate
For students with a strong, consistent practice and knowledge of the Anusara principles. More inversions, arm balances and backbends are taught on a regular basis.

Advanced
A more challenging class for advanced practitioners. Students must be able to do handstand, headstand & full backbends w/o assistance.

Mid-Day Express *NEW*
A shorter length, gentle yoga class (45 minutes) designed to give you a chance to relax, recharge and regroup for the rest of your busy day. Beginners welcome. Special rate this class only.

Restorative (One Sunday of each month at 4pm)
Experience the possibility of doing more by doing less. The perfect way to unwind and reduce stress.

Yoga for Stress Management (One Thursday a month at 7:30pm)
